A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island Passage... At 447 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located 9 nm west of Minneapolis Shoal, moving southeast at 25 knots.
