Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass. A Special Marine Warning may eventually be required.

The areas affected include... Central and Southern Bay of Green Bay... * At 258 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 8 NM southeast of Crivitz to over Green Bay Harbor Entrance Light, or along a line from 10 NM northwest of Marinette to over Green Bay Harbor Entrance Light, moving east at 30 knots. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Green Bay Harbor Entrance Light, Oconto, Pensaukee, Green Bay and Little Suamico around 300 AM CDT. Peshtigo Reef Light around 315 AM CDT. Sherwood Point Light around 325 AM CDT. Sturgeon Bay around 330 AM CDT. Chambers Island around 335 AM CDT. Eagle Bluff Light and Sister Bay around 340 AM CDT.
