Open waters of Lake Michigan from Rock Island Passage to Sheboygan... * At 924 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong thunderstorm was located 19 NM east of Rawley Point Light, moving east at 30 knots. This strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
