Bulletin details

A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Nearshore waters from Sturgeon Bay to Two Rivers... Open waters of Lake Michigan from Rock Island Passage to Two Rivers... At 742 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located near Algoma, or 7 nm south of Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal Light, moving southeast at 30 knots. The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
