A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Nearshore and Open Waters from Pentwater to Manistee MI... At 1047 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 20 nm east of Algoma to 22 nm west of Big Sable Point Light, moving southeast at 35 knots.
