Sand Island to Bayfield WI... Silver Bay Harbor to Two Harbors MN... Taconite Harbor to Silver Bay Harbor MN... At 1005 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located 8 nm northwest of Beaver Bay, moving southeast at 45 knots.
