What is happening
A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas... Guam Coastal Waters... At 816 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 25 knots. These thunderstorms were located over the southwestern coastal waters, moving east at 15 knots.
What the bulletin says to do
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
