Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass. These thunderstorms will likely produce winds to around 30 knots, and could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A Special Marine Warning may eventually be required when these storms reach the nearshore waters. Boaters should consider heading for shore before the storm arrives.

These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from 40 NM north of Ritidian Buoy to 28 NM northwest of Ritidian Buoy, moving southeast at 35 knots. Locations impacted include... Northern Guam and western Rota waters.
