Bulletin details
A remnant tropical system is passing through the waters Wednesday. As it passes, areas of near gale strength southerly wind gusts will develop in the northern waters around and north of Cape Mendocino, including in the northern inner waters along the coast south of Arcata and along Humboldt Bay. These winds will quickly ease Wednesday night.
