The areas affected include... The Saint Lawrence River from northeast of Ogdensburg to Saint Regis... At 1127 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This thunderstorm was located 18 nm west of Tucker Terrace, moving southeast at 25 knots. The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
