* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 592 Central Sierra.Fire weather zone 593 North Kings River.Fire weather zone 594 Sequoia Kings.Fire weather zone 595 Lake Isabella. * WIND...STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS EXPECTED. A 70 TO 90 PERCENT PROBABILITY OF GUSTS EXCEEDING 40 MPH ON THURSDAY. A 40 TO 60 PERCENT PROBABILITY OF GUSTS EXCEEDING 40 MPH ON FRIDAY. * HUMIDITY...MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY BETWEEN 15-25 PERCENT BOTH DAYS. * THUNDERSTORMS...NO THUNDERSTORM THREAT. * HIGHEST THREAT...IS LOCATED FOR ELEVATIONS ABOVE 4,000 UP TO THE CREST OF THE SIERRA NEVADA. * IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
