* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 421 through 425. * WIND...West to northwest winds from 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph during the daytime. Expect lighter southwest winds overnight. * HUMIDITY...Daytime minimum RH between 6 to 12 percent. Recoveries Wednesday night between 15 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
