Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing widespread damaging winds and large hail. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

At 520 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located 15 miles west of Chiricahua National Monument, moving south at 10 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Willcox, Bowie, Pearce-Sunsites and Kansas Settlement. This includes the following highways... Route 191 between mile markers 52 and 59. Interstate 10 near mile marker 345...and between mile markers 359 and 365. Route 186 between mile markers 329 and 353.
