At 340 PM MST, a severe thunderstorm was located near Forest Lakes, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Quarter size hail. SOURCE...Public reported. IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected. Locations impacted include... Forest Lakes, Willow Springs Canyon Lake and Mogollon Rim Visitor Center. This includes State Route 260 between mile markers 283 and 292. This includes the following recreation areas and campgrounds... Sinkhole Campground, Forest Road 171 Camping Area, Black Canyon Rim Campground, Canyon Point Campground, Airplane Flat Campground, Colcord Ridge Campground, Sinkhole Campground, Forest Road 9512E Camping Area, Upper Canyon Creek Campground, Valentine Ridge Campground, Willow Springs Lake Recreation Area and Sardine Point Day Use Area.
