Bulletin details

At 1208 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Savage-guilford to near Bowie to Marlton, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured light objects may become projectiles. Locations impacted include... Bowie, Clinton, Greenbelt, Beltsville, Forestville, Largo, Upper Marlboro, Fedex Field, Andrews Air Force Base, Laurel, Landover, East Riverdale, Kettering, New Carrollton, Walker Mill, Mitchellville, Rosaryville, Lake Arbor, Marlton, and Woodmore.
