What the bulletin says to do

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for northern Delaware...and southeastern Pennsylvania. Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the basement or small central room in a sturdy structure. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building.

At 510 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Adamstown to near Parkesburg to Glen Roy, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... West Chester, Coatesville, Downingtown, Kennett Square, Oxford, Parkesburg, West Grove, Honey Brook, Elverson, New Morgan, Homeville, Glen Roy, Cochranville, North Star, and Pughtown.
