IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible. Locations impacted include... Newark, Middletown, West Chester, Coatesville, Downingtown, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle, Oxford, Parkesburg, West Grove, Delaware City, Newport, Glen Roy, Homeville, Cochranville, Stanton, North Star, Glasgow, and Bear. This includes the following highways... Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 310 and 315. Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 11.
