IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible. Locations impacted include... Wilmington, Westtown, Elsmere, Newport, Arden, Gradyville, Greenville, Cheyney, Talleyville, Elam, Concordville, Chelsea, Lima, Chester Heights, Bellefonte, Ardentown, Ardencroft, Edgemoor, Claymont, and Boothwyn. This includes Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 11 and 21.
