Southeastern Clayton County in north central Georgia... * Until 730 PM EDT. * At 706 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Hidden Valley Park to Lake Spivey to Jw Smith Reservoir, moving south at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Griffin, McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Lovejoy, Sunny Side, Highland Mills, Lake Spivey, Blacksville, Towalaga, Experiment, Birdie, Vaughn, Hidden Valley Park, Bonanza, Luella, Atlanta Motor Speedway, Jw Smith Reservoir, Flippen, and Zetella.
