Northwestern Lowndes County in south central Georgia... * Until 315 PM EDT. * At 229 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hahira, or 8 miles southeast of Adel, moving southeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Lakeland, Valdosta, Hahira, Moody Air Force Base, Barretts, I-75 At Exit 29, and I-75 At Exit 22.
