IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe storm will be near... Gifford around 205 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include Royal, Armstrong, Penfield, Dewey, Ludlow, Flatville, Foosland, and Muncie. This includes the following highways... Interstate 57 between mile markers 238 and 257. Interstate 74 between mile markers 169 and 179, and between mile markers 182 and 202.
