At 1058 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Lake View to near St. John to near Momence, moving east at 70 mph. This line has a history of producing extensive wind damage. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Chicago, Joliet, Cicero, Hammond, Bolingbrook, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Oak Lawn, Berwyn, Oak Park, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Romeoville, Calumet City, Addison, Woodridge, Chicago Heights, West Town, Chicago Lawn, Englewood, Austin, South Shore, Roseland, and Midway Airport.
