At 345 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located about 5 miles east southeast of Sycamore, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Maple Park, Lily Lake, Virgil, eastern portions of Sycamore, and northwestern portions of Elburn.
