At 1152 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Van Buren to near Swayzee, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. These storms have a history of producing wind gusts up to 60 MPH. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Marion, Hartford City, Gas City, Upland, Fairmount, Jonesboro, Sweetser, Swayzee, La Fontaine, Van Buren, Matthews, Sims, Converse, Warren, Fowlerton, Shamrock Lakes, Mcnatts, Landess, Liberty Center, and Mount Zion. This includes Interstate 69 in Indiana between mile markers 253 and 277.
