At 157 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 7 miles south of Delphi to 11 miles southwest of Lafayette to near Covington, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Lafayette, Frankfort, West Lafayette, Covington, Veedersburg, Williamsport, Attica, Rossville, Shadeland, Dayton, Battle Ground, Mulberry, Linden, West Lebanon, Clarks Hill, Hillsboro, New Richmond, Wingate, Newtown, and Pine Village. This includes the following highways... Interstate 65 between mile markers 156 and 184. Interstate 74 between mile markers 1 and 23.
