Locations impacted include... Richmond, Centerville, Cambridge City, Hagerstown, Dublin, Franklin, Greens Fork, Mount Auburn, Interstate 70 at Exit 145, and Jacksonburg. This includes I-70 in Indiana between mile markers 134 and 152.
