At 1258 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles south of Oakley, moving south at 10 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Logan and northwestern Gove Counties. This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 76 and 84.
