At 757 PM MDT/857 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 14 miles northeast of Wallace to 4 miles south of Winona to 9 miles southwest of Russell Springs, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE... An automated weather station 9 miles northeast of Wallace reported a gust of 63 mph at 857 PM CDT. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. These severe thunderstorms will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Wallace and southwestern Logan Counties.
