At 752 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lincoln, or 14 miles northeast of Howland, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. Locations impacted include... Medway, Springfield, Lincoln, Lee, Chester, Winn, Burlington, Lowell, Woodville, and Cedar Lake. This includes Interstate 95 between mile markers 227 and 239.
