Southern Marquette County in north central Upper Michigan... * Until 630 PM EDT/530 PM CDT/. * At 528 PM EDT/428 PM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located near Witch Lake, or 19 miles southwest of Ishpeming, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... K. I.
