At 1133 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Belle Isle to near Livonia to near Brighton, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. These severe storms will be near... Southfield, Novi, South Lyon, and Northville around 1140 PM EDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Franklin, Orchard Lake, Commerce, Lathrup Village, Bingham Farms, Farmington Hills, Pleasant Ridge, Chilson, Huntington Woods, and Wolverine Lake.
