At 745 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Dalton, or 7 miles southeast of Fergus Falls, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. Quarter sized hail has been reported in Fergus Falls. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Fergus Falls, Battle Lake, Underwood, and Dalton. This includes Interstate 94 in Minnesota between mile markers 57 and 70.
