Western Cascade County in central Montana... * Until 400 PM MDT. * At 256 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 33 miles west of Choteau to 8 miles east of Augusta to 12 miles southwest of Fairfield to 13 miles north of East Helena, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. * Locations impacted include... Choteau, Cascade, Fairfield, Dutton, Fort Shaw, Power, Pishkun Reservoir, Vaughn, First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park, Sun River, Tower Rock State Park, Collins, Bynum, Craig, Ulm, Pendroy, Black Sandy State Park, Farmington, and Simms.
