At 650 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Half Moon to Folkstone, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Jacksonville, North Topsail Beach, New River Station, Half Moon, Pumpkin Center, Piney Green, Camp Lejeune Center, Folkstone, Kellum, Midway Park, Verona, Catherine Lake, Dixon, Albert J Ellis Airport, Richlands South, Sneads Ferry, Sea View Pier, Holly Ridge, and Haws Run.
