At 400 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest of Johnstown, or 15 miles west of Ainsworth, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Cherry and west central Brown Counties. This includes Highway 20 between mile markers 225 and 231.
