At 938 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Merriman, or 14 miles south of Martin, moving southeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Merriman, Highway 61 Crossing The Niobrara River, and Eli. This includes the following highways... Highway 20 between mile markers 131 and 153. Highway 61 between mile markers 214 and 231.
