IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible. Locations impacted include... Newton, Hopatcong, Hackettstown, Wharton, Washington, Mount Arlington, High Bridge, Stanhope, Netcong, Clinton, Oxford, Hope, Glen Gardner, Chester, Hampton, Lebanon, Califon, Andover, Brass Castle, and Lake Mohawk. This includes the following highways... Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 8 and 25. Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 12 and 32.
