Locations impacted include... Lebanon, Waynesville, Morrow, South Lebanon, Clarksville, Harveysburg, Corwin, Oregonia, Fort Ancient, Lytle, Middleboro, Lumberton, Mount Holly, Genntown, and Caesar Creek State Park. This includes I-71 in Ohio between mile markers 28 and 52.
