Locations impacted include... Newark, Heath, Baltimore, Buckeye Lake, Hebron, Millersport, Pleasantville, Hanover, Fairfield Beach, Harbor Hills, Marne, Thornport, Etna, Thurston, Kirkersville, Rushville, Gratiot, West Rushville, Toboso, and Brownsville. This includes I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 118 and 142, and near mile marker 144.
