IMPACT...Expect damage to trees, roofs, and siding. Locations impacted include... Tyrone, Philipsburg, Bald Eagle, Bellwood, Patton, Osceola Mills, Tipton, Chester Hill, Carrolltown, Houtzdale, North Philipsburg, South Philipsburg, Sandy Ridge, Blandburg, Birmingham, Jeffries, Prince Gallitzin State Park, Sinking Valley, Morrisdale and Irvona.
