Central Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania... Northwestern Clinton County in north central Pennsylvania... Southeastern Elk County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 1015 AM EDT. * At 925 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Truman to Benezette to near Lecontes Mills to Plymptonville to Rockton, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Clearfield, Cameron, and Lecontes Mills around 930 AM EDT. Chester Hill, Philipsburg, and Pine Glen around 940 AM EDT. Osceola Mills, Houtzdale, and South Philipsburg around 950 AM EDT. Stormstown, Port Matilda, and Milesburg around 1000 AM EDT. State College, Bellefonte, and Rock Springs around 1010 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include West Decatur, Ramey, Grampian, Orviston, and Brisbin. Radar has indicated rotation within these severe thunderstorms. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms. For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Penfield and Lamar exits, specifically from mile markers 111 to 165. This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 56 to 85.
