Southeastern Elk County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 800 PM EDT. * At 708 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Brandy Camp, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... St. Marys, DuBois, Clearfield, Sandy, Woodland, Curwensville, Emporium, Penfield, Hyde, Plymptonville, Rockton, and Karthaus. For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Dubois and Kylertown exits, specifically from mile markers 97 to 126.
