Northeastern Elk County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 945 AM EDT. * At 903 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over East Branch Dam, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... St. Marys, Johnsonburg, Cameron, Emporium, Stevenson Dam, Truman, East Branch Dam, Elk River, Hicks Run, and Driftwood. Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm. Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop quickly during severe thunderstorms.
