At 855 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mainville, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Bloomsburg, Berwick, Catawissa, Mifflinville, Lightstreet, Almedia, Fernville, Buckhorn, Rupert, Slabtown, Rohrsburg, and Mainville. For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Danville and Nescopek exits, specifically from mile markers 229 to 247.
