They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in State College PA. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 244 to 266. Interstate 83 between mile markers 24 and 37, and from mile markers 45 to 48. Interstate 283 from mile markers 0 to 2.
