Pottsville, Tamaqua, Schuylkill Haven, Shenandoah, Minersville, Mahanoy City, Frackville, St. Clair, Ashland, Orwigsburg, Pine Grove, and Port Carbon. This includes Interstate 81 from mile markers 98 to 137.
