South central Travis County in south central Texas... * Until 630 PM CDT. * At 529 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Bear Creek, or near Tanglewood Forest, moving southeast at 10 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Austin, Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, Tanglewood Forest, Niederwald, Bear Creek, Onion Creek, Driftwood, Shady Hollow, Manchaca, Mountain City, San Leanna, Hays, and Creedmoor.
