At 447 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Lindon to 7 miles southeast of Mapleton, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Provo, Heber City, Orem, Pleasant Grove, Springville, American Fork, Heber, Lindon, Mapleton, Kamas, Francis, Daniel, Vineyard, Brigham Young University, Wasatch Mountain State Park, Timber Lakes, Cedar Hills, Midway, Charleston, and Wallsburg. This includes the following highways... Interstate 15 between mile markers 271 and 275. US Route 6 between mile markers 184 and 211. US Route 40 between mile markers 9 and 57. US Route 89 near mile marker 312. Utah Route 35 between mile markers 0 and 4. Mirror Lake Highway near mile marker 0.
