At 859 AM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles west of Santa Clara, or 13 miles north of Virgin River Gorge, moving north at 20 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Santa Clara, Ivins, and Snow Canyon State Park. This includes Utah Route 18 between mile markers 9 and 10.
