At 216 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Onley, or 7 miles northeast of Exmore, and is nearly stationary. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central Accomack County, including the following locations... Locustville, Melfa, Pungoteague, Painter, Keller, Quinby, and Wachapreague.
